Contacting Our Copyright Agent

Please send DMCA notices to our copyright agent via our contact page, clearly marking the communication as a "DMCA Takedown Request."

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringer Policy

CalcifyPro will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate accounts or access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
